Guidelines and Conditions for Using Our Platform.

By submitting your artwork to NFToa ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the submission feature and your relationship with us regarding the content you provide.

1. Informed Consent

By submitting any artwork, you affirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Service. Your submission constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and NFToa.

2. Required Information

To ensure proper cataloging and representation of your artwork, you agree to provide the following information during the submission process:

  • A direct link (URL) to the image or artwork file
  • The title of the artwork
  • A unique ticker or identifier (if applicable)
  • A description or story behind the artwork
  • A link to your social media profile (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn)

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. NFToa is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of the content or the accuracy of the information submitted by users.

4. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of your submitted artwork, but by providing content to the Platform, you grant NFToa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote the content on its website and associated platforms for the purpose of showcasing user-submitted works.

5. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the submission feature after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit any artwork.

All artwork submissions to NFToa are subject to a manual review process conducted by our team. This process is intended to ensure that the content aligns with our community standards, quality guidelines, and compliance policies.

6.1 Review Criteria

Submissions may be evaluated based on the following (but not limited to) criteria:

  • Clarity and originality of the artwork
  • Completeness and relevance of the provided information (title, description, image link, etc.)
  • Compliance with applicable laws and intellectual property rights
  • Appropriateness and adherence to our content guidelines (no hate speech, explicit content, or plagiarism)

6.2 Review Timeframe

We aim to review submissions within a reasonable timeframe. However, review times may vary depending on submission volume and content complexity. We appreciate your patience during this process.

6.3 Approval or Rejection

Once reviewed, submissions may be approved for publication, returned with a request for revision, or rejected. NFToa reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide detailed justification.

6.4 No Guarantee of Listing

Submission does not guarantee publication or visibility on our platform. Approval is subject to the review team's judgment and adherence to the platform’s standards.

By submitting your artwork, you agree to this review process and understand that approval is not automatic or guaranteed.

7. Publication and Minting

Upon approval of your artwork submission, NFToa reserves the right to publish your artwork on the platform and mint it as an NFT within the GGA (Gaexe General Art) collection.

7.1 Minting Process

The minting process will convert your approved artwork into a unique token on the blockchain under the GGA collection. You acknowledge and agree that the platform controls the timing and execution of minting.

7.2 Ownership and Licensing

While you retain ownership of your original artwork, minting it as an NFT on the platform may subject it to terms governing blockchain transactions and public visibility inherent to NFTs.

7.3 Payment of Fees

You agree to promptly pay any fees, charges, or costs associated with the submission, review, publication, and minting processes as invoiced by NFToa. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in withholding or removal of your artwork from the platform.

By submitting your artwork and participating in the publication and minting process, you agree to comply with these terms.
